We are looking for salespeople for the Growers & Food Industry business area in western Sweden. We are a growing, national company with a warehouse and headquarters in Skåne's Ängelholm, as well as cash and sales offices in Kungsbacka, Halmstad, and Malmö. Ideally, you will be based in the Gothenburg area and are passionate about creating business with drive, passion, and business insight.

About the position

Your role as a salesperson means that you will be an important link in the company's continued success. You will be part of a team of salespeople, and together you will create sustainable business relationships. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for both existing customers and actively creating quality meetings with potential new customers. It is important that you have experience with similar products and knowledge of the industry with an established network. Your main tasks

As a passionate and committed salesperson, you will play a central role in driving the company's growth by primarily targeting new customers and developing existing customer relationships, approximately 50/50. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and conducting quality meetings with potential and existing customers.

• Establishing and following a clear sales plan in collaboration with your manager.

• Actively contributing to the company's sales goals through effective reporting and following the company's sales process.

Who are you?

You who are applying have some form of sales experience and the ability to create both new customer relationships as well as develop long-term business relationships. It is important to us that you are driven, goal-oriented, and a true and engaged team player. If you have any experience in the growers & food industry or similar products, it is a merit, but not decisive. We collaborate and support each other as a team – all to make our customers satisfied, but you plan your days largely on your own, so it is important that you have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner. You have a driver's license, good IT skills, and the ability to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish.

Carepa is an established and rapidly growing supplier of consumables. The company offers a well-thought-out and competitive range from reputable brands as well as carefully selected complementary products and concepts in areas such as cleaning & hygiene, office supplies, foodservice & disposables, and packaging. Carepa was founded in 2017 through a merger of KM Pack and Svenska Pappersgrossisten and has since grown significantly. The business is conducted from the headquarters and logistics center in E-City Varalöv, located between Helsingborg and Ängelholm, as well as sales offices and cash in Kungsbacka, Halmstad, and Malmö. From the logistics center with over 8,000 stock items, Carepa delivers to more than 5,000 customers across Sweden. Among the customers are both small and large companies, hotels and restaurants, grocery stores, cleaning companies, as well as growers and flower wholesalers.
